It is the applicants job to be responsible - Tired of lazy MTs

It is your job as a responsible applicant to name your file. If you are too lazy to take steps to name your file so that your inforamtion can be recognized and jump out at the employer, you are not someone who is worthy being hired on to work with any company. So if you do not get hired, do not whine about it. Get off your duff and do the work it takes to get your information recognized by the employer. Tired of MTs who want their hands held through the entire process. Some of us work hard and make an effort. Others seem to want everyone else to do the work for them.
