This is the best summary to date of this entire miserable situation with KS. You went as far as to the edge of the precipice!! A true testament of your keen sense of smelling a rat and making a clean getaway before getting caught up in the mire with KS.
If everyone would take action as you did with writing letters to those who have the authority to investigate this chronically abusive company and its unlawful practices impacting everyone associated with them, maybe finally KS would be justifiably shut down.
