When I worked there years ago, 401K deducted - and not put into my account

for 8 months. I threatened to report them and it was only then that is was deposited into my 401K account. Also checks bounced, checks debited out of my account and they couldn't pay me, I had to wait over 30 days to get paid. Nothing has changed, only worse.
