I have worked for KS for many years, and have never had a tax issue. I don't expect to this year either. The hatred here is getting crazy. Some facts and a lot of assumptions and fiction.
The reason those of who stay do not post is because we get attacked when we say anything positive.
Working in QA, I can say definitively that not that many people have left.
I am sure that there will be a lot of ugly posts under mine but this is getting out of hand.
Like I said, I have worked for KS for a long time, and even back when they did have IRS issues, it never affected my W2 or my tax refund. If they were not paying now, the IRS would have shut them down like they two other MTSO's.
