KS employees need to hire a new attorney for a - Class Action suit.

In one of the documents LT had to show all income including KS.

If employees have not been paid, then the paystubs are fraudulent and for her use only, such as to show the court she has paid money out to employees.

Someone needs to contact an attorney and get the ball rolling, post it on here along with information regarding that attorney so that KS employees can join in on the lawsuit. She is using payroll to pay other things, and what about deductions for Medicare and IRS? Has she paid any of those? She is hurting you, especially not making Medicare payments or IRS payments. Are your going to receive your money by tax time?

If she is still responsible for her debt by having the BK dismissed, you aren't going to get paid any time soon.
