I, too, am still waiting for my check from the 10th. I KNEW the whole "everything is going to be all better at the end of September" BS was nothing but a big lie. It is now 9/25 and we still have yet to be paid. I swear, LT does not have a single honest bone in her body. I have filed a complaint with the DOL in my home state as well as with the DOL in Illinois and am waiting to hear back. I am not working until I am paid in full. I have picked up a part-time IC job in the meantime. If I do not receive all of my pay by 10/1, I am done and will be pursuing legal action. What a slap in the face that they are now emailing people practically begging them to come work for them when us current employees aren't even being paid. Disgusting. This is criminal.
