bookie. It also reminds me of a few short months long ago when I worked for a compulsive debtor. He was going to Debtors Anonymous meetings as well as therapy, but the bouncing checks, late checks, excuses, and attitude when I asked to be paid became a nightmare. Meantime, packages from Lands' End (he had a thing for their cotton sweaters) arrived almost weekly. I bailed when I found another job, but had a tough few months and learned my lesson.
