Yes, it is so sad that management always wants jobs being done as soon as they are dictated for the quick turnaround time, and do not care if we are sitting there waiting on the work, so they overhire, because they do not want to ever have anyone working overtime to catch up. They would rather it be this way than for someone to feel job security. Sad, but true.
