I've been working with Shurcan for almost a month now. I haven't had any bad experiences with them at all. Just like with any transcription company you have to be able to perform the job efficiently, pay attention to detail, and follow the instructions for what the client wants. At Shurcan it is required that you know how to use Dropbox to upload and download files. I completed and passed the tests that were given, spoke to the owners, and was offered a position. They are flexible with scheduling. The owners are very communicative and any question(s) I have they respond back immediately and are very willing to provide assistance. Bottom line - if you don't do well and/or can't pass the test you won't get hired.
