So I am working for a company that does different types of dictation, but they have a medical department. The #3 manager in less than 2 years knows nothing about medical transcription, is dumping every specialty into a general medical queue, and when I asked her to please send an email with specialty and location, she told me to do just do what i can do and she will ask if she needs my help. Owner is completely in la-la land, BTW, and can't handle anything in the office or anything that edges on a problem.
