You do realize that it was stated to me that everyone on the Canadian accounts will be paid VBC, not just new hires. I was told that were still making the old rate but that would be changing.
As far as glasses, yes, I have those. As far as padding lines, I do not do that. The VR is bringing it in and I have to take it out.
So I am not too sure we are on the same page with that one. It does make a huge difference when you have to slow down to the point of creeping just not to miss an article that was placed by VR that was not spoken.
Add that up.... All those stop and edits.
