You'll be assigned a specialty like say Respiratory or Cardiology and you'll be given lots of accounts from that specialty at once. You have a typist page to refer to for account specifics and most are pretty much the same and are not long AS like you're used to with US companies. They tend to have a lot of holidays and of course they're different from the US, so be prepared for that. I have little to no work on the weekends until Sunday evening when it's their Monday morning and they are ramping up work again after Friday. There is definitely a learning curve, but nice people and they pay on time.
