Coming Back to Transcription - Valerie

Hello, I am hoping that someone can help me.  I have over 20 years of Medical Transcription experience in both hospital and clinics.  I have been out of the transcripion world for nearly 10 years.  I would like to test for a reputable company, however, I know that many things have changed.  Can anyone tell me where I could take a refresher class/course?  I don't want a degree just to be brought up to speed on everything that I've missed over the past 10 years.
