Run people, she is required to make up back payments. She is required by BK court to make these payments. I doubt she is thinking about making payroll.
She needs to come clean about this and be honest about payroll. She just doesn't want anyone to leave, certainly no one would want to work for her now.
BK court set up payment arrangement and she cannot make payments without keeping her "cash collateral" which means money coming in.
