The not so great leader. If LT were not so stupid, selfish, greedy, and foolish there wouldn't be any risk to patients with delayed records and such.

It's all her fault, all the way down the line, no matter how you slice it. She's completely the one to blame for everything, including your imaginary risk to patients.

No hospital is going to stop treatment on a patient just because they dont have a chart note or two and nobody's going to die. Come off it.
