Google "heart transplant procedure step by step" and different websites give an overview (and understanding) of the procedure. Maybe that would help. If you're wanting a sample report for style/formatting purposes or procedure-specific terminology like instrument names, etc., ask your QA/company/doctor's office for sample reports for that specific dictator (depending on who you are working for). Otherwise, if you needing help on certain words/parts of the dictation, post your questions here and see if anyone can assist you, but you should have access to past sample reports if you're working for a company or if it's a doctor's office, they also should be able to provide samples for you to refer to.
