I believe it took a good 6 months or more, but they were also dealing with a huge security breach at the time. It wouldn't hurt to stick with them on your accounts, but a good plan would be to keep looking for something else so when they start taking away your work you won't be left high and dry. That's totally your decision, but I don't mind sharing my experience with Nuance.
