Reaching out to see - Anon

I am reaching out to see what jobs you all have had success in obtaining outside of the medical transcription world? I am not having ANY kind of luck, but I am desparately looking for a career change for obvious reasons. Any advice or experiences to share would be gratefully appreciated.
