I used to work for nauseating Nuance. They would penalize you in the pocketbook for any errors. I got a $400 cut in pay once for.....are you ready for this.... capitalizing a medication that was not supposed to be capitalized. I didn't misspell it or transcribe the wrong medication, I simply capitalized it. They would also penalize you if you turned in above a certain percentage of your reports, and there was a "no blank" policy. I learned very quickly to just put a blank in, bypass QA, and send it through. QA nowadays is a recipe for failure. We are all supposed to be machines. Do your best and hope your small mistakes get past the gestapo.
