no one is telling you that you are making mistakes? You are volunteering that info to QA? DON'T DO THAT!!! As long as the patient isn't going to die (and not by formatting errors, lol), just let it be. They may catch a few, but I'd roll the dice. Don't go out of your way to make a quality difference to a company that probably could care less.
