Sick of getting nasty CAPITALIZED emails from one QA person in particular about not spelling out or spelling out #1-10, using hyphens or not using hyphens for one doctor, make it fit on one page or it doesn't have to, 40+ accounts, ALL different specs, all different templates, formats, styles for each doc in each clinic and we are supposed to remember all of this OR read the 3 pages of specs for each account each time we get a report, which is maybe twice a week for the same clinic or doc!! I just want to retire. I have always been proud of what I do, but lately I just feel like I have no brain cells left for this crap.
