in TRA now - nervewracking sm

I'm receiving TRA now and waiting to enroll in school in fall. During this phase I'm supposed to apply for 4 jobs a week, but if I get offered one and turn it down, I get denied TRA. I forgot to ask if my state allows folks to work part-time. Maybe that would be easier than applying for jobs I don't want to get!
