This could be H.E.R., throwing out a line, seeing who will bite, tracing their email address to a site specifically designed to note who is trouble and who is complacent and submissive.

It comes as no shock to these companies that we want to be paid for this extremely demanding job. I would go as far to say they do not pay us, or comb characters off our lines to short us, intentionally, waiting for the day we discover it, when their lawyer, already prepared for the day, will come in and offer to organize a class action lawsuit, request all your names and data, as the more astute of you are famous for gathering ammo, spend many hours covering the small details, especially on your own dime. You’ll win, get a free membership to ADHD, and the lawyers will make enough money to covering their upper middle class lifestyles for the next year.

Then, the real fiun begins. You find yourself out in the work force applying for jobs again, after the account you were own disappears and the MTSO offers no transfer. You send many resumes out but no offers come through or the offers come through but some glitch requires 30 days of pre-work paperwork preparation, fine tuning, compatibility issues, training delays, and it is 60 days and you still haven’t had a decent paycheck, so you begin applying at others but now your heart is racing, 2 months have gone by and the other job offers you have received were ignored or refused. With a racing heart, you wait for this job to kick in so the pay begins arriving. Maybe, you will be told that it will be 3 more months before you can count on a position which pays you enough to survive. Maybe, you will be told the contract ended because the facility had difficulty with the program operations, maybe you will be told to come back in 3 months. Then, one of several things happens. You spend your savings. You lose everything. You beg, borrow and plead. You move in with relatives. You get a room mate. All the while, you are applying for jobs but nothing goes beyond the application stage or if you are offered a job, the hiring process is stalled, or the training process is stalled or the program is incompatible with your system despite having a brand new top shelf desk top computer less than a year old.

You had better be careful. You are being watched on this site and as they cull the herd, they are making note of who is being naughty and who is being nice. And if you file a CALS again one of the big MTSOs, prepare to face the day none of them want you on their payroll.

The MTSOs are as ruthless as an enemy soldier in a war; have no idea why they are, they just are. This site is a booby trap. Tribalism is the name of their game. It’s a big club and chances are, you aren’t in it.
