to hear what the HIM director said, it's good to know there are actually people in those positions that understand what is happening in the industry and how detrimental N has been. Just maybe one day the tide will turn, although I still won't hold my breath, ha ha. Congratulations, hope you continue to love your new job for years to come! :)
