I worked for 3T very briefly last year for about 3 months and left for this exact reason. It was only a part-time/side gig for me, but there was no point in staying if there was hardly ever any work and what work was there yielded very few lines. I sent numerous emails asking about the low volume, but never could get a straight answer, so I finally threw in the towel and left. I hope it picks up for you soon.
