Just one bad PS QA example - SM

Several times in a report, speaker mentions "Dr. Tom" -- that's the entire name and no other references mentioned, so that's what's transcribed. QA comes back with 3 MAJOR ERRORS that "Dr. Tom" should have really been "Dr. Tomavaradijibagawich," like the whole world knows or something. Nothing like this was ever mentioned nor in any account specs. What a bunch of morons!!!
