particularly difficult facility to do, I am sure that is not sent overseas. I do not mean dictator to dictator, I am talking about a facility. Yes, they are routed elsewhere if they cant be done well overseas. Also, with Epic, etc. that also eliminates a lot of the best dictators because they do their own transcription. You get the leftovers in most cases and you are not getting the entire hospital.
