I dont get it. Even if you call a place to ask about the - MT position you see on a website SM

they still dont have the common decency to take 2 minutes to call and let you know there is no position available.  Dont even  have the courtesy to respond to the resume supposedly received thru the website to apply for the job. 

So rude and discouraging.
