May I ask why you are seeking an MT position in the first place? Everyone comes on here so shocked when things go wrong, which they have been going wrong for a very long time.

Be warned about one thing: If you do get to the testing level, please know that they may tell you that you flunked, even though you didn't. Some places are sneaky, and having people test is a way of getting some overflow work done.
