I love your post! I, too, work more than one MT job - and I agree with every word your wrote

I did months of research and leg work to find exactly what I wanted, at the pay that was acceptable, without NUANCE/MMODAL/VDI involvement.

Because those of us that took our positions seriously and found exactly what we needed without the "entitlement mentality" of the snarky poster, there seems to be a lot of jealousy.

If those jealous "haters" spent less time on this board berating others and more energy improving their skills or looking for the jobs they want instead of expecting others to hand over their months of research, they would have a fatter paycheck.

Seems they are being eaten alive by jealousy.
