Probably have to file a ticket for it, make an appointment with India on their time zones, and free up your phone for hours while they hang on it and bumble through the removal as badly as they bumble up the installation. Might even take a few tries before they think they got it right.
If they dont remove it all, or dont remove it correctly, you all are on the hook for finding someone else to fix it on your dime, your time.
The contract... yeah, right... look how well that goes for the MT right from the start.
*** I am not being rude to you, poster, but simply pointing out the fact that can anything N says be trusted? Their contract has been proven time and time again to benefit them, never any of us.
