Programs used are Citrix and Symmantec - SM

and I believe they are used by many companies.

I think one of the problems is that usually if a business installs this kind of program, all the computers will be the same. I don't think they thought about how many different computers, settings, programs loaded, etc. they would be facing.

I also think the language barrier has caused a lot of problems.
