It really is getting out of hand - Cherrypick skipping

Last day of pay period. Ppl want their money so they are racking up lines and leaving the honest no pickers to clear the crap. When the first manager left things have gone downhill. As many bonuses as they offer still does not help the unfair cherry picking. They really need to just pay the better rate and monitor the cheating or lose what good people they have and sadly let the cheaters run the account into the ground.
