I've already had so much trouble logging into BOTH of these programs (Netscaler) and the virtual desktop! This has been such a nightmare! I've been through several IT sessions with Nuance technical support and one technician ruined the bluetooth connection to my keyboard! My company now has to send in their own technician to fix the issue. This is on top of missing a full day of work because Nuance's tech staff operate on American hours. What the hell? I miss the good old days of just being able to open up the program and log in. Being in the business is getting tougher every year.
