I agree. TTCI has always paid me early. I had a previous MTSO who was ALWAYS late - once by 3 weeks! I signed the contract - read it thoroughly twice and it seems the legal lingo is freaking out a lot of people. Nuance isn't going to hop on your PC to check your personal messages or anything else - the contract lets them install the VPN access, and gives them the right to run malware and other security measures on your computer IF here is an attempted breach. Federal law, which includes HIPAA, gives them the legal right to do that. It also gives you the right to sue them if they overstep their bounds. With the thousands of people connected to Nuance's software, why would they target your personal info? If anyone is truly terrified that Nuance is going to access your personal stuff, get another computer just for work - problem solved. Or get an external hard drive and put all your personal stuff on that.
