Would not have happened had someone in the upper levels of management with access to all of the servers had not downloaded an email attachment with the Peyta virus in it. The MTs simply do not have the access levels to lock up the first 24-32 sectors of the master boot files in the servers. Peyta originated in Europe and spread like wildfire to the US, so it was someone in an overseas office. Nuance had to replace ALL of their servers affected and basically start from scratch.

The issue is not with the VDI itself; the issue is the terms of the agreement they want us to sign. My questions posed to Nuance still have not been answered. They have danced around many of them.
