their businesses and clients are not doing this.

You wait. Months down the road when you have the signers on board, Nuance is going to use this to go after ICs and reduce their line rates much like they did with the grid that was supposed to make all MLS' fabulously wealthy because it was so spectacular. The MTSOs will use it to penalize ICs to reduce the penalties they pay to Nuance.

Wait for it, wait for it. I got away for Nuance and thank God every day for the escape. The company I work for now operates on the opposite end of the Nuance spectrum and does no Nuance outsourcing. Amazing how pleasant life can be without Nuance and their brown shirts standing on your neck every minute of every day, monitoring your every breath.

You think they can't monitor your every move through VDI, or that you have to turn "on" VDI, or Nuance cannot scroll through your personal data, you are very, very naïve and to be pitied.
