about lowering my bill, she said that since becoming Spectrum they don't do that like Time Warner used to. My $70 buys the high speeds. My son is a gamer so he enjoys those high speeds. I was disappointed because you would think that they rake in enough money with millions of people using their products that Internet wouldn't be that expensive.
