I would go with Fios sm. - FlaMT

If you're able to get Fios in your area, I would give it a shot (the downfall being it's pricey). Supposedly, it's a more stable/steady connection with less fluctuations like high speed connections have (or so I was told by a tech). I'm in a rural area and can't get Fios either, but a lot of my friends just one town over from me use it and all say it's more reliable and better than high speed. If I could get it where I'm at, I would in a heartbeat. Happy ISP hunting! :)
