I'm going to try making a comment. I hope I don't get hazed for it. First, late pay sucks. Second, I get why an MT would stay with them anyway if everything else was okay. My suggestion would be if you know your employer pays late, not to have any scheduled withdrawals from your bank account. Most vendors will allow you to make a one-time payment rather one that is set up. This way you wouldn't be liable for NSF charges, etc. Just a thought.
