in my opinion have the best pay grid out there from all that I have seen and have worked for. Until we lost this huge account (no fault of the company, this huge facility went to Epic), have never ever experienced such a consistent low volume of work. I am frustrated that we have not been updated more about our obvious low work flow company wide, because in beginning we were kept informed when we lost this huge account. Overall, they have been the best company I have personally ever worked at. But, it is now at this point getting frustrating I will admit. If I was the breadwinner in my house, I'd have to quit no doubt. Counting my blessings in that regard.
