position at a hospital as manager/team leader of the entire transcription department for several years until we were outsourced. I have worked for companies as both an employee and IC. I can assure you this is NOT the norm, and I am growing concerned if there is more going on with this company. Every single time I have seen a pattern similar to this, the company usually gets taken over by N or they've lost accounts and there just is not enough work for even the part timers. I have been with Command Health a few years and can say I have NEVER seen it this slow, not even during this time of year which yes is a slower time period. So, yes, I most certainly do know what I am talking about.
