If you haven't had a problem with running out of work at TTCI this summer, you're lucky. You must be on accounts that not overstaffed or have a long TAT. I've been there since last Spring and it slowed down considerably this summer when the overhired in anticipation of ICs not working for the summer. Now that the VDI event is occurring, lots of ICs have fallen by the wayside and the workload this week so far is bigger than I've ever seen it. I'm assigned to 4 accounts. But you are absolutely correct, this business is trash and that is exactly how MTs are treated everywhere.
