Pros: Nice people. They are supposed to be getting more accounts soon, probably because Nuance just laid off more people :(
Cons: Nuance runs the show regarding accounts and also now the VDI, which many people are not fond of. I haven't downloaded it myself yet.
Had issues with payroll, but those are better and we are paid on time now.
Lost a big account to India lately.
Not much work lately on Escription side of things.
All in all, if you are willing to have the VDI installed on your computer and you want to be part of Nuance by secondhand means then go for it. I don't know how much future job security is involved when working on Nuance accounts at this point since a big account of theirs just left for India. I don't know what kind of contracts are place between Keizer and Nuance and the accounts, but evidently, Keizer just does what Nuance tells them to do
