The backlog will be gone and you will either get stuck in NJA on Cattails or will be transferred to a new HDSM and end up in NJA with him/her. I believe NJA has been company wide for weeks now and I don't expect that to change. IMO,your time is better spent looking for new employment. I'm giving it another week before I give up on a new job in the hospital setting and start applying at Costco and Sams since starting wage there is $15/h and OT is available.
