When MModal merged with Spheris, I NEVER heard anything good. That's when MModal started moving jobs offshore (since Spheris apparently had that arm of the business), Mmodal's benefits changed, not for the better, etc, etc. As an MModal employee we lost the equivalent of 40 hours per year in PTO, and that's the tip of the iceberg. I welcome any contradictory comments since I know very little bit that, although I was employed by Mmodal throughout that time.
