and the people are WONDERFUL, its a true team that helps each other daily. Plenty of work. There is a bit of a learning curve but it is paying off now. I am getting my lines up every day. You roster your lines and work when you choose. Pay is really good at .10 (after the.135 AUS conversion) once you get to Senior - which took me about 2 weeks.
