I also got an offer from them and am having the exact same thoughts. Thankfully I'm not having to choose current or new job, just a job. The grass always looks greener and all that crap lol. I'm thinking I might give it a try since I'm not doing anything else at the moment.
I'm of course curious to know what your decision was???
