Honestly, if you don't have recent acute care, you can forget finding a job with a national agency.
Also, not sure what you mean that you're wanting to do online. Have you been working with tapes for a clinic and want to switch it to "online?" Or are you planning on getting your own accounts?
Too many unanswered questions to even begin, but if you do work for a national agency, rest assured it will not be pretty. I agree with all the negative notes on here. This ship has sailed, darling.
