If you work for some companies they want you to work in their platform. I would get some sort of medical spellcheck, and I use shorthand for pc as my expansion program. It works on Word-based platforms. Some places might just send voice files and you might need a player - which could use Express Scribe which you can download for free. Good luck to you. Even if you can find a place with reasonable ? pay, we all seem to be pulling from the same pile of work.
